Who I am

I'm Emine Yeşilçimen, a career coach based in London. I run my coaching and my shop through my company, Path 2 Thrive Limited (registered in England and Wales, company number 15322781, registered office: Suite I Business Development Centre, Stafford Park 4, Telford, Shropshire, TF3 3BA). The company is responsible for the personal information collected through emineyesilcimen.com and my shop at app.emineyesilcimen.com. In this notice, "I" and "me" mean Path 2 Thrive Limited. What I collect and why

If you buy a guide or other product

• Your email address, so I can send you the download link and a receipt.
• What you bought, the price, the date, and whether it was refunded.
• Your country, worked out from your internet connection at checkout. I use it to decide which email-consent rules apply to you.
• Whether you came from my Instagram or my website, so I know which channel works.
• Your marketing choice (see below).

Card payments are handled by Stripe. I never see or store your card details.

I use this information to complete the contract with you: to deliver what you paid for, handle refunds and keep the records the law requires.

If you book a call

Booking runs through Google Calendar's appointment page. You give your name and email, and anything else the booking form asks for, so I can hold the session with you. Google processes this under its own privacy policy.

If you email me

I keep your email and my reply so I can answer you and pick up the conversation later.

Marketing emails

I'll only send you news and offers if you've agreed to it, or, in the UK, if you bought from me and didn't say no at checkout. That second rule only covers my own similar products and services.

Outside the UK I'll only email you if you ticked the box to say yes.

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. You can also email me and I'll take you off the list.

Who else handles your data

I use a small number of services to run the site and shop. They only use your data to provide their service to me.

• Stripe takes the payment and keeps the payment record.
• Supabase stores the shop's orders and files.
• Resend sends the download and receipt emails.
• Vercel hosts the website and shop.
• Google runs appointment booking and my email.
• Creator+ is the shop software, built and run by Evoss Labs. Evoss Labs can access the shop's records to keep it working.

Some of these companies are based in the US. Where your data leaves the UK, they protect it with the safeguards UK law requires, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US Data Bridge.

I don't sell your data, and I don't share it for anyone else's advertising.

Videos and podcasts on the site

Some pages show my YouTube videos and Spotify podcast episodes. When you play one, YouTube or Spotify may set cookies and collect information under their own policies.

Cookies

The site sets one cookie of its own, which remembers whether you chose English or Turkish. It lasts a year. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.

How long I keep it

• Purchase records: 6 years, because UK tax law asks for it.
• Enquiry emails: 2 years after we last spoke.
• Your marketing choice: as long as I email you, and a record that you unsubscribed after that, so I don't email you again by mistake.

Your rights

You can ask me to:

• send you a copy of the data I hold about you
• correct anything that's wrong
• delete your data, unless I have to keep it by law
• stop or limit how I use it, or object to it
• give you your data in a format you can take elsewhere

If you're unhappy with how I've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. I'd be grateful if you came to me first so I can try to put it right.
